Kleinundpläcking helped revise the existing brand strategy of internationally expanding seed producer KWS SAAT SE. A competitor analysis and focused target customer profiles led to a re-formulating of the brand essence.
The brand positioning “Make yourself grow.” captured KWS SAAT’s corporate culture which is defined by an entrepreneurial spirit. Kleinundpläcking developed a global internal branding concept and introduced a new triangular process to B-to-B marketing operations.
