OPENING NEW ENTRANCES
Building on a comprehensive process of strategy development, Kleinundpläcking fundamentally re-interpreted SaarLB as a Franco-German regional bank. Under the new positioning of “Weitsicht durch Nähe”, SaarLB became one of the most successful regional banks in Germany within only two years.
At the same time, Kleinundpläcking started developing a system of corporate innovation management. Within the first six months, over 80% of staff submitted new business model ideas leading to numerous successful product innovations with significant potential yield.
